As posted on many blogs, includ­ing here, China blocks its own cit­i­zens from access­ing for­eign blogs. The sim­ple solu­tion for that is to surf anony­mously by using a ser­vice like Anony­mouse, for instance.

With Anony­mouse, my weblog address looks like this:  http://anonymouse.ws/cgi-bin/anon-www.cgi/http://adecarvalho.typepad.com

This was con­firmed by a friend of mine liv­ing in Fuzhou.
