Howard Rheingold in Paris

placeholder: more later. it was great ;)
Over a hundred people gathered at l’Echangeur in Paris last week to hear Howard Rheingold talk and field questions about his book Smart Mobs, about “Technologies of Coöperation” and about how new means of communication have transformed societies over time … and will continue to do so. The conference stirred lively debate over cocktails graciously offered by Guillaume Rio and others at L’Echangeur, and it was a pleasure to meet wi-fi picningers Jean-Remi Deleage and Tristan Mendes, to chat with Laurent Bervas, as well as to see Yann Mauchamp and Charles Nouÿrit again, with his iPod Nano.
