Miami FOWA dinner and BarCampMiami

We’re look­ing for­ward to FOWA, which will be key to rais­ing the web/tech pro­file of South Florida. We held a “geek din­ner” tonight to wel­come Mel Kirk from Car­son­i­fied, who’s in Miami plan­ning the next FOWA con­fer­ence. I’ve posted some pho­tos on Flickr.

Over drinks. we men­tioned hold­ing another Bar­Camp­Mi­ami to coin­cide with FOWA. The date is yet to be deter­mined, but it will be in Feb­ru­ary 2008. After a great first BarCamp-Miami, it’s great to see momen­tum build­ing for another one. Please sign up to attend or to help organize.
