This campaign has been so divisive lately with the “share the wealth” talking point and you can feel it in Miami-Dade. Tensions are high. #
@JamiMiami I understand and that was my view until now. From my viewpoint, the stakes are too high and to remain silent is to be complicit. #

@wolfsbayne lol. so teddy was wrong on the progressive income tax? you must either be doing very well or waiting for your ship to come in. #
@wolfsbayne Well, I believe that those with less money are more inclined to spend each additional dollar because they simply have no choice. #
@wolfsbayne And those with larger amounts of disposable income are likelier to keep additional $ in their pockets: tax cuts have less effect #
@wolfsbayne But there are so many more “everyman” than “rich-man” the cumulative effect is much greater than hand-outs to the privileged few #
@wolfsbayne ie., if you increase the minimum wage, everyone benefits, including the rich, b/c that money will be spent on goods and services #
@wolfsbayne Make no mistake: the middle class happens to be a dream destination for millions of Americans who would be happy to attain that. #

@wolfsbayne Some people really don’t have the self-suffiency to break through when they’re challenged. They really do need society’s help. #
@Teriss I agree. We’re all better off when we help each other. By the way, that’s what happens online: we’re helping each other out here. #
@wolfsbayne Agreed it’s a small amount. But such policies are part of the overall paradigm (hegemony, even) that brought us to near-collapse #
@wolfsbayne Yes, some do become complacent. But that is a small amount as well. I believe most people do want to progress given a chance. #
